Cold Call is the first phase of 2Rules; a unique component that allows users to start a voice conversation with one of their friends at random. Users curate their own list of friends and can put out a request that they’d like to talk to someone. The app then dials those who have listed themselves as willing to receive calls in a random order until someone picks up and a phone call is initiated between the two.
